Jonah has discovered that the best place to sleep is on his dad. He's not a fan of being asked to sleep in his own bed.

Jonah had a big day out and about yesterday!

He loved getting soapy and squirmy in the tub.

Then he joined in the family tradition of never quite looking at the camera.

After his big day, he snuggled on the couch and worked on lifting his head for the baby in the mirror.

Grandparents Galore

In a few days, both sets of grandparents came to hang out with Jonah for the holidays. He hasn't been put down since!

Jonah Comes Home

Jonah came home finally on 12/20/16. The first few nights, he gave his parents a run for their money in terms of feeding. Jonah needed a fancy system called an SNS, which looks like a tiny IV full of breastmilk. Matt figured out how to rig it to a trucker hat at 4 in the morning, which shows that Larsons can innovate no matter what time of day or state of mind. Finally after 4 days, he figured out how to take the milk from the source,

 We're going home!

Welcome Jonah!

Jonah Rye Larson was born on December 15th, 2016. He came a week late and took his time entering the world. After a spa vacation in the NICU where he received some IV fluids and got the special treatment from the nurses, Jonah joined his family at home on 12/20/16. Here's a peek at his life.

 Jonah weighed in at 8.14 lbs and 21 inches long. 

 He rocked his IV in the NICU.
